There are so many recipes for pasta salad with Italian dressing out there it’s hard to choose one. The following recipe is my favorite. It combines many different ingredients to make one awesome pasta salad with Italian dressing. For those meat lovers out there adding pepperoni is a great additional touch to this salad.

Ingredients
  • Eight ounces rotini pasta
  • Two and a half cups frozen mixed vegetables (if you can get your hands on mixed fresh vegetables it would make for an even tastier salad)
  • Half cup diced Cheddar cheese
  • Third cup pitted black olives
  • One cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • Pepperoni (optional to make: pasta salad with Italian dressing and pepperoni)
Instructions
  1. Salad Preparation:
  2. Step One: Peel the cucumbers with a vegetable peeler, if you prefer your cucumber with the peel in tacked skip this step.
  3. Step Two: Slice the cucumber thinly
  4. Step Three: Prepare a bowl full of water and salt, then Place the sliced cucumber into a bowl. Toss the slices around to thoroughly to mix the salt in with the cucumber. Let this soak for 25 minutes
  5. Dressing Preparation:
  6. Step One: mix the sour cream, sugar, oil, and vinegar in a dish.
  7. Final Preparation:
  8. Step One: Drain the sliced cucumber from the bowl full of water and salt.
  9. Step Two: Mix the dressing and cumber slices
  10. Step Three: allow the salad to cool in the refrigerator
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy =)
